Devin has had so many first it the past few days as you could imagine... His first plane ride, trip to Vegas including the Hoover Dam, to a Casino, and to a Nascar Race. His first walk with shoes and sandals; it took him a while to get use to them, but then he was a pro in no time! His first time out in the sun, his first skinned knee and his first stubbed toe! He is now wearing his cap and leaving it on his head. We had to practice this ahead of time so once he got into the sun he would leave it alone. One of Devin's new favorite things to do is to walk around outside. I'm glad that we are finally able to do so!
His first time camping and around a camp fire. The picture of Devin and my dad is one night by the fire, you can see them through the smoke. Devin's first time taking a shower with me in the public showers... yuck!
Devin also had his first sucker, he didn't know what to do with it, but then once he figured it out, he loved it! Devin is also doing this really cute thing where he tickles his feet, or mine, and says "tickle tickle." I wasn't sure where he got it from, but when I told Ben about it today he said that he does it to him all the time. I will try and get a video of that, but usually he stops as soon as he sees my phone. I'm sure there will be a lot more first so I will
keep you posted! Like his first visit to Grandma and Grandpa's!
